Compensation For Employee Working Out Of Classification. Employees assigned for five (5) or more work days out of fifteen (15) calendar days to a position with a higher classification shall receive the next higher amount on the new salary range that shall result in at least a five (5) percent increment in salary for whatever time he/she fills the temporary position.
