Compensation for Scheduled Work on a Holiday. Employees who are scheduled to work on a designated holiday shall be paid at the rate of time and one-half (1 1/2) and subject to Sub-section (b) will be granted another day off within two (2) months at a date to be mutually agreed between the employee and the Employer.
