Compensation for Working Holidays. Employees shall not be entitled 20 to any other compensation on a holiday except holiday pay. If an employee requests and 21 is granted the holiday off, the employee shall receive holiday pay for their regular 22 scheduled shift hours up to eight (8) hours.
