Compensation for Working Overtime/All Other Employees. With the exception of regularly scheduled hours of work per day or per week all work performed after 12:00 p.m. (noon) on Saturday, Sunday and recognized holidays shall be paid at the rate of two (2) times the employees normal rate of pay. All other work performed in excess of the normal daily or weekly hours shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 ½) times the employee’s normal rate of pay.
