Compensation Upon Transfer or Reemployment. An employee transferred in accordance with Civil Service Commission rules from one department to another, but in the same classification, shall transfer at the employee’s current salary, and if the employee is not at the maximum salary for the class, further increments shall be allowed following the completion of the required service based upon the seniority increment anniversary date in the former department.
