Compensatory Time for Exempt Employees. FLSA exempt Employees employees may accrue up to one hundred twenty (120) hours of compcomp time at the rate of one (1) hour for each hour of time worked in excess of forty (40) hours during the employee’s designated work week, except supervisory nurses providing direct care will accrue comp time at the rate of time and one-half.
