Common use of Competitive Level Clause in Contracts

Competitive Level. Positions in the competitive area that are in the same grade (or occupational level) and classification series that are so alike in qualification requirements, duties, responsibilities, pay schedule, and working conditions so that USMEPCOM may reassign the incumbent of one position to any of the other positions in the level without undue interruption.
