Complaints and Requests for Reviews. Requests for a review of any decision of the Joint Board of Studies or Joint Studies Examination Board, or a variation in the application of any of these Regulations and other established procedures of the Programme, and complaints regarding examinations and assessments or any other aspect of the Programme must be made in writing and sent to the local Coordinator at the University to which the request or complaint is related and also to the Coordinator at the student’s home university. Issues relating to examinations and assessment must be communicated to the relevant Coordinator(s) within three weeks of the date of the official release of examination results. Such requests and complaints will be communicated to all members of the Joint Board of Studies and Joint Studies Examination Board for consideration and decision. Student(s) will be informed of the Boards’ decision in writing at the earliest opportunity.

  • Grievances and Complaints 5.1 It is the mutual desire of the parties hereto that grievances and complaints relative to this Agreement or working conditions generally shall be adjusted as quickly as possible.

  • Complaints and Feedback 15.3.1 The primary responsibility for receiving feedback and investigating complaints promptly and thoroughly in respect of the Services will rest with the Provider. The Provider will have procedures in place including but not limited to a complaints framework, which are acceptable to the Department, to gather and act upon feedback and complaints from Learners and/or their representatives and employers and the wider community. The Provider must also keep a log of the complaints received which will be accessible to the Department upon request.
