Examination Results. Results are distributed within twelve weeks from receipt of scripts. Candidates are advised not to telephone the Institute for results as this information is confidential and cannot be disclosed over the telephone.
Examination Results. ▪ The result is expressed as either 'suitable', 'suitable under conditions’, or 'unsuitable'. ▪ The occupational health and safety service announces the result to the prospective employee. If the employee explicitly agrees thereto, the health and safety service will also inform the employer of the result. ▪ If the result is that the prospective employee is 'suitable’, the employer may conclude an employment contract with the prospective employee. ▪ If the result is that the prospective employee is ‘suitable under conditions’, the employer ▇▇▇ conclude an employment contract with the prospective employee after agreeing with the occupational health and safety service/implementing body on how the conditions will be met in writing. ▪ If the result is that the prospective employee is ‘unsuitable’, the employer may not conclude an employment contract with the prospective employee for that position.
Examination Results. Each candidate in a formal written examination where scores are provided shall be given notice of his or her score. Each candidate shall be given notice of his or her score on each phase of the exam process. The final score used to establish the eligible list with category ranking shall be a standard test score that is calculated using only the test scores of those candidates who successfully complete all phases of the examination. The Human Resources Department will provide the Fire Chief with a list of applicants, in alphabetical order, who successfully completed the examination process and are eligible for appointment. The Fire Chief will make this list available to supervisors who need this information in order to assign employees to work in a higher class and to Association Officers so that they can monitor the consistency of such appointments with the terms of this Memorandum of Understanding.
Examination Results. Employees will be bound by the results of the examinations. Should the employee not agree with the findings of the doctor selected by the Fire Chief, the employee may within thirty days, obtain an opinion of another doctor. The employee will bear the full cost of this examination. The doctor selected by the employee must provide a complete report of the examination and findings to the departmental physician and the employee. In the event of a conflict in the opinions and finding of the two doctors, a third doctor will be selected by the two doctors. The cost of this examination will be paid by the City. The third doctor shall be furnished copies of the opinions and findings of the two doctors.
Examination Results. Examination results are published in the MyCG area of our website. We have a formal appeal process, but you are not allowed to appeal the examination result on the sole grounds that you did not agree with the mark awarded. You should refer to our examination guidance if you want to enquire about the result. If you believe any circumstance may have affected your performance in the examination, you may request that this be considered before the results are released. We reserve the right to remove students from the register without refund of fees in the event of the following circumstances: - Not attempting any CGIUKI exams for a period of two years. - Not completing QP within the required time limit. - It has been determined that a student has breached CGIUKI’s Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct. - Non-compliance with any of the CGIUKI’s student rules and regulations, the instructions for candidates to be observed during the exam and the instructions of exam invigilators. - Non-payment of student fees. As a student, you agree: - to abide by these student rules and regulations, exam guidance rules and ‘Code of Professional Ethics and Conduct’ as stipulated from time to time. - to undertake the appropriate course of study and to be responsible for how, when and where such study will take place. - to observe any deadline dates set by CGIUKI for examination entry, examination deferral and postponement, request of script reports and other matters related to the course. - to inform us of any breaks or delays in your study programme which prevent you from taking any examinations over two consecutive sessions. - to keep any information provided by us and any correspondence with us confidential. - to be responsible for any consequences arising out of the publication, loss or disclosure of your online registration information such as MyCG username and password. - to remain responsible for all fees and charges and to pay all such fees and charges as stipulated by the CGIUKI in relation to student membership and examinations; and - not to infringe, and to take all reasonable steps to protect, the copyright or other intellectual property rights of CGIUKI including its rights in course materials and examination questions.
Examination Results. A. The board or NCEES will specify the minimum passing score for all examinations for certification or licensure of individuals. B. Once the testing process is complete, and the scores have been verified by Human Resources (HR), all candidates will be notified of their respective position on the promotional list. Candidates will be told their overall ranking, but not individual scores. Notification can be of any method approved by HR. 2. Once the promotional list has been verified by HR, and the ranking released, the “time clock” for the new list will begin and all previous lists will be void (except in the case of section “B.6.c” above.)
