Common use of Complete School Year – Salary Advancement Purposes Clause in Contracts

Complete School Year – Salary Advancement Purposes. Any employee who, in any one (1) school year, has served for at least seventy-five percent (75%) of the number of working days the regular schools of the District in which he/she is employed are maintained, shall be deemed to have served a complete school year. This will be exclusive of summer school and intersession service. The only exceptions to the section can be found in Article XIV, "Compensation," L. "Part-time Employment With Full Retirement Credit," and M. "Half-time Employment," pages 49-52.
