Completion of Evaluation Cycle. 1. The summative evaluation rating shall be based upon a preponderance of the evidence, assed in a holistic manner, that is aligned to the Ohio Educator Standards. Only evidence gathered during the walkthroughs and formal observations that are conducted for the current school year may be used. 2. The evaluation shall acknowledge, through the gathered evidence (as noted), the performance strengths of the teacher evaluated as well as performance deficiencies, if any. 3. The evaluation report shall be signed by the evaluator and the teacher to verify notification to the teacher that the evaluation shall be placed on file. The teacher’s signature shall not be construed as evidence the teacher agrees with the contents of the evaluation report. Electronic signatures (e.g., a “PIN”) may be used. 4. The evaluation report shall be completed, signed by both parties, and filed with the Superintendent no later than May 10. 5. Any teacher who receives an evaluation rating of “skilled” shall not be subject to another evaluation cycle until the second school year following the rating unless it is determined, in writing and through a preponderance of the evidence available to the evaluator, that the teacher is not making progress on their professional growth plan. 6. Any teacher who receives an evaluation rating of “accomplished” shall not be subject to another evaluation cycle until the third school year following the rating unless it is determined, in writing and through a preponderance of the evidence available to the evaluator, that the teacher is not making progress on their professional growth plan.

b. the number of teachers assigned each rating (Accomplished, that Skilled, Developing or Ineffective) aggregated by the teacher is not making progress on institution where they received their professional growth planteaching degree and the year in which they graduated. All other information and documents obtained through the evaluation process shall be stored and maintained by the District.
9. Upon request, teachers shall be given copies of all information and documents obtained through the evaluation process.
