Compliance Resolution. Should the Employer have issues or concerns of non-compliance of this MOU between SEIU Local 1021 and Workforce Development Board (Employer), the Employer reserves the right to contact the SEIU authorized representative for discussion and resolution. If resolution is not reached, the employer may seek resolution using other administrative processes.
