Compliance with Law and Contracts. Each Party shall comply, at its own expense, with the provisions of Law that may be applicable to its performance under this Agreement. Nothing in this Agreement shall require Provider to perform or cause to be performed any Services in a manner that would constitute a violation of any applicable Law, or constitute a breach or default under any applicable contract, indenture, or other agreement to which Provider is a party or subject or by which Provider may be bound.
Compliance with Law and Contracts. Tenant shall, at its expense, comply with and shall cause the Premises and Tenant's employees, agents, contractors and subcontractors to comply with all governmental statutes, laws, rules, orders, regulations and ordinances affecting the Premises or any pa11thereof, or the use therefore, at any time during the Lease Term, including without limitation, the Americans With Disabilities Act ("ADA"). Tenant shall, at its expense, comply with the requirements of all policies of insurance which at any time may be in force with respect to the Premises, and with the provisions of all contracts, agreements and restrictions affecting the Premises or any part thereof or the occupancy or use thereof. Provided, however, Tenant shall not be responsible for any capital improvements to the Premises or any part thereof to comply with ADA unless such improvements are directly related to Tenant's use of the Premises or any part thereof. 30.

Tenant shall, at its expense, comply with the requirements of all policies of insurance which at any time may be in force with respect of the Premises, and with the provisions of all contracts, agreements and restrictions affecting the Premises or any part thereof or the occupancy or use thereof.
Compliance with Law and Contracts. Tenant shall, at its expense, comply with and shall cause its use and occupancy of the Building and the Premises to comply with the terms of all licenses and approvals from any Governmental Authority and all state and local governmental statutes, laws, rules, orders, regulations, and ordinances affecting its obligations regarding the occupancy, use, maintenance or repair of the Building and the Premises or any part thereof, or the use thereof, at any time during the Term. Tenant shall likewise comply with all federal laws and regulations to the extent that they do not conflict with such state and local governmental statutes, laws, rules, orders, regulations, and ordinances. Landlord shall, at its own expense, comply with the requirements of all policies of insurance which at any time may be in force with respect to its obligations in connection with the Building, and with the provisions of all contracts, agreements, and restrictions of which it has notice affecting the Building or any part thereof or the occupancy or use thereof.

Tenant shall, at its expense, comply with the requirements of all policies of insurance which at any time may be in force with respect to the Premises, and with the provisions of all contracts, agreements and restrictions of which Tenant has notice affecting the Premises or any part thereof or the occupancy or use thereof.
Compliance with Law and Contracts. The Borrower shall conduct its business in a manner that complies with all applicable Law. Borrower will not commit any default on its contractual obligations in any manner which could reasonably be expected to result in a Material Adverse Effect.
Compliance with Law and Contracts. In commencing and completing the Work, Borrower shall comply with all existing and future laws, regulations, orders, building restrictions and requirements of, and all contracts with and commitments to, all governmental, judicial and legal authorities having jurisdiction over the Property or the Work, and with all recorded instruments, contracts, covenants and restrictions affecting the Property.
Compliance with Law and Contracts. The execution, delivery, and performance of this Agreement by RTS in compliance with the terms and provisions hereof does not conflict with, or result in a breach of, any of the terms, conditions, or provisions of any mortgage, lien, or other security arrangement or any agreement, instrument, order, judgment, decree, or any other restriction of similar kind or character to which RTS is a party or is otherwise bound and will not result in the declaration of imposition of any lien, charge, or other encumbrance of any nature whatsoever upon the Center Facility or the Center Assets.
