Compliance With State Requirements. 17.7.1 As part of its nondisclosure obligations, Contractor shall comply and require its officers and employees to comply with the provisions of Sections 10850 and 18909 of the Welfare and Institutions Code, Division 19 of the California Department of Social Services Manual of Policies and Procedures, and all other statutory laws relating to privacy and confidentiality.
17.7.2 Contractor will keep confidential and not open to examination, for any purpose not directly connected with the administration of public social services, any applications and records concerning any individual made or kept by a public officer or agency in connection with the administration of the provision of the Welfare and Institutions Code relating to any form of public social services.
17.7.3 Contractor shall inform all of its employees, agents, subcontractors and partners of the above provision and that any person knowingly and intentionally violating the provisions of this State law is guilty of misdemeanor.
Compliance With State Requirements. A. General State Requirements: The CSB shall comply with applicable state statutes and regulations, State Board regulations and policies, and Department procedures, including the following requirements.
