Compliance with Statutes, Rules and Regulations. In performing its obligations under this Contract, the Provider shall without exception be aware of and comply with all State and Federal laws, rules and regulations relating to its performance under this Contract as they may be enacted or amended from time-to-time, as well as any court or administrative order, judgment, settlement or compliance agreement involving the Department which by its nature affects the services provided under this Contract.

In performing its obligations under this contract, the Network Service Provider shall without exception be aware of and comply with all state and federal laws, rules and regulations relating to its performance under this contract as they may be enacted or amended from time-to-time, including but not limited to, those described in Section 36 of this contract.

The Contractor and all subcontractors shall comply with all applicable federal and state statutes, rules, regulations, and directives of the State Division of Fire Prevention and Control, and other governmental body having jurisdiction over the work to be performed. All such cases of apparent conflict coming to the attention of any party shall immediately be called to the attention of the Owner.
