Comprehensive Training and Education Program. a. Company and Union representatives shall receive ongoing training developed and conducted by their respective organizations in the application of this Section. b. Any training in the application of this Section that is attended by both Employees and managers shall be jointly developed and implemented. c. The Company shall fund all costs associated with training programs referred to in this Section.
