Compression costs for enhanced pressure. 7.1 In respect of any Gas Day in relation to which XXX confirmed under paragraph 3.3 a request for enhanced pressure, IUK shall pay to National Grid Gas: (i) a fixed fee, in respect of the administration of the measures required to make available Exit Gas at the enhanced pressure, of £120 per Gas Day; and (ii) an amount determined, for each hour of such Gas Day during which National Grid Gas operated any compressor forming part of the National Grid Gas System (other than the Kings Xxxx Compressors) for the purposes of maintaining such pressure, which National Grid Gas would not have operated but for the requirement to maintain the enhanced pressure (for the relevant Gas Year), as follows: £468 * GPI/GPI0 where GPI and GPI0 have the same meanings (by reference to the Gas Year in which such Gas Day falls) as in paragraph 6. 7.2 Amounts payable by IUK under this paragraph 7 shall accrue on a daily basis (in respect of each Gas Day referred to in paragraph 7.1) and shall be invoiced and payable, monthly in arrears, in accordance with clause 15 (Invoicing and Payment).
