Compulsory attendance. The student is obliged to attend courses in accordance with the provisions of the degree programme and the general exam regulations. The degree programme director shall decide the cases in which a student has shown insufficient presence during a course (non-valid completion of the course). Insufficient presence is defined as more than 50% absence overall throughout the entire semester.

Compulsory attendance. Pittsburgh Public Schools shall be responsible for the enforcement of compulsory attendance requirements of Wilkinsburg School District resident students attending Pittsburgh Public Schools. Pittsburgh Public Schools will provide contemporaneous notice to Wilkinsburg School District of truancy processes initiated in relation to any Wilkinsburg School District student.
Compulsory attendance. Per Education Code 25.085, students who are at least six years of age, or who have been previously enrolled in first grade, and who have not yet reached their 18th birthday shall attend school for the entire period the program is offered, unless exempted by law. A student must also attend an extended-year program for which the student is eligible that is provided by TCS for students identified as likely not to be promoted to the next grade level or tutorial classes required by TCS under Education Code 29.084
Compulsory attendance. TCJS or its JJAEP provider will enforce the compulsory attendance laws for students enrolled in the JJAEP.
