Perfect Attendance means that the employee has not utilized any of the following types of leave:
1. sick leave,
2. emergency leave (provided that use of bereavement leave, although taken on an emergency leave basis, shall not be a disqualification under this section),
3. line of duty leave (provided that use of LOD leave for a portion of a shift, as to those employees that return to work on of the following shift, shall not be a disqualification under this section),
4. leave without pay, and
5. suspensions.
Perfect Attendance means that a student attended all day every day of the school year including doctor’s appointments, funerals, and vacations. To have perfect attendance second semester, the student must have perfect attendance first semester as well. Missing 25 minutes of any class will be considered an ab- sence. The application for Perfect Attendance Leave Days will comply with the same language as application for personal business leave Perfect Attendance requires that no days are missed due to individual illness, family sick leave, emergency leave, or any other absence for which an employee’s sick leave accumulation is modified.
The Perfect Attendance Leave days would be in addition to any accrued personal business days.

More Definitions of Perfect Attendance
Perfect Attendance. Students who have perfect attendance for the entire year are eligible for an award at the end of year awards assembly. Students with a perfect attendance record for the entire year will be eligible to receive a 50% discount on the yearbook at the end of the school year. To qualify:
Perfect Attendance means that an eligible employee has no partial or full-day absence on any of the employee’s scheduled work days and the employee has received no disciplinary actions of any type during the time period for measuring perfect attendance; provided, however, that the following absences will not count against perfect attendance: Jury duty, military duty, bereavement leave, and non-emergency or vacation use for paid personal time that has been requested and approved in advance pursuant to Article XVI, I, 1 or 2. Employees who need to be absent from work due to jury duty, military duty, or a death covered by the bereavement leave provisions of this Agreement must give as much advanced notice as feasible and provide supporting documentation for their absence where required and requested. The Agency’s decision as to whether an employee has met the criteria for a perfect attendance bonus under any of the perfect attendance bonus provisions in this Article XXIX shall be subject to the grievance procedure provisions of Article XXVI of this Agreement but shall not be subject to the arbitration provisions, Step 3, of that article. Grievances over the failure to pay a perfect attendance bonus shall be filed at Step 2 of the grievance procedure within ten (10) working days after an employee knew or should have known with the exercise of due diligence that they have not been awarded a bonus and shall be subject to Paragraph F of Article XXVI. The decision of the Agency at Step 2 of the grievance procedure shall be final and binding.

Perfect Attendance means that a student is at school all day, every day for the entire school year. This means that a student has no tardies, early sign-outs, or full or partial absences (excused or otherwise) on their record. We encourage all of our students to attend school whenever they are well enough to do so.
Perfect Attendance means that a chorister has attended all rehearsals and services, on time and for the full duration. Excused absences still count against perfect attendance. The only exceptions to this are for sickness, at the discretion of the Choirmaster.
