Computation of Seniority. (a) All employees shall accrue seniority. Seniority will include all time worked within the bargaining unit unless otherwise specified in this Agreement. Seniority earned to March 31st 1982 shall be based on the date of commencement of employment within the bargaining unit. Effective April 1st 1982 seniority shall be prorated in accordance with the percentage of time worked.
