COMPUTER SUPPORT SERVICES. The Company will provide (either directly or through arrangements with third parties) to Universal computer support services listed on SCHEDULE 2 (the "COMPUTER SUPPORT SERVICES") from the close of business on September 30, 2000 (the "EFFECTIVE DATE") until the termination of such services in accordance with Sections 15, 16 and 17 hereof. The Computer Support Services shall be of a type and at a service level substantially equivalent to that provided to Universal immediately prior to the Effective Date.

  • Support Services Other than the assistance provided in the Information, the BNPP Entities do not offer any support services in connection with the Software.

  • Hosting Services GSI shall load the Web site onto server(s) that are connected to the Internet and readily accessible via the Web through use of the Domain Names. GSI shall ensure that the Web site is functional and ready to process transactions in a reasonably efficient manner.

  • TECHNICAL SUPPORT SERVICES 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").

  • Maintenance and Support Services Distributor shall provide Maintenance and Support Services to all of its Customers of Licensed Software as set forth in Sections 3.4(a) and 3.4(b) below.   • Customer Services Provide services and systems dedicated to customer service, including billing, remittance, credit, collections, customer relations, call centers, energy conservation support and metering.

  • Information Services The Custodian may rely upon information received from issuers of Securities or agents of such issuers, information received from Subcustodians or depositories, information from data reporting services that provide detail on corporate actions and other securities information, and other commercially reasonable industry sources; and, provided the Custodian has acted in accordance with the standard of care set forth in Section 6 (a), the Custodian shall have no liability as a result of relying upon such information sources, including but not limited to errors in any such information.

  • Customer Support Exhibit B, Customer Support Document to the AGTA, contains the obligations of Boeing relating to Materials (as defined in Part 3 thereof), training, services, and other things in support of aircraft.

  • Internet Services Transfer Agent shall make available to Fund and Shareholders, through its web sites, including but not limited to xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx (collectively, “Web Site”), online access to certain Account and Shareholder information and certain transaction capabilities (“Internet Services”), subject to Transfer Agent’s security procedures and the terms and conditions set forth herein and on the Web Site. Transfer Agent provides Internet Services “as is,” on an “as available” basis, and hereby specifically disclaims any and all representations or warranties, express or implied, regarding such Internet Services, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and implied warranties arising from course of dealing or course of performance. Transfer Agent shall at all times use reasonable care in performing Internet Services under this Agreement.

  • Training Services Fiserv shall provide training, training aids, user manuals, and other documentation for Client's use as Fiserv finds necessary to enable Client personnel to become familiar with Fiserv Services. If requested by Client, classroom training in the use and operation of Fiserv Services will be provided at a training facility designated by Fiserv. All such training aids and manuals remain Fiserv's property.
