Concession Stand and Accounting. During the time period(s) provided for in Section 2.A. and in accordance with the season schedule approved by the County, the Organization may operate concession sales at the facility. The Organization is authorized to maintain and operate concession facilities in accordance with specifications established by the State Sanitary Code and the Florida Health Department in Pasco County. All required licenses and permits shall be current and copies provided to the Parks and Recreation Manager or designee annually. No alcoholic beverages, tobacco products, fireworks, sparklers, or illegal items may be sold. The Parks and Recreation Manager or designee shall issue keys to the concession facilities. Once issued, it is the responsibility of the Organization to secure said keys and to obtain keys from individuals departing from the Organization. If the Organization fails to secure said keys, the facility will be rekeyed at the Organization’s expense. The Organization is responsible for payment of all payroll taxes, sales taxes, and workers compensations claims, as applicable. The Organization shall maintain the interior of concession facilities and storage sheds utilized by the Organization to include cleaning of all concession facilities, equipment and interior space. If professional extermination services are warranted it shall be the responsibility of the Organization to provide same. No grilling, cooking, or frying is allowed inside the concession facility with the exception of a microwave and hot dog griller. The Organization shall remove all food and beverage supplies at the end of each sport season from the concession facility. Propane tanks cannot be left inside the concession buildings or outside where they are accessible. Tanks are to be secured on site or removed from the site when not in use.
