Common use of Concurrent Parental Leave Clause in Contracts

Concurrent Parental Leave. 25.4.1 An employee, other than a casual, who is a supporting parent shall be entitled to up to two weeks paid concurrent parental leave at the time their partner gives birth to a child or at the time the employee adopts a child provided that the employee has had 12 months continuous service with the employer immediately prior to the commencement of their concurrent parental leave.
