Condition of your home. 7.2.1 You, or any other person living in the property must keep the inside and outside of your home, including garages and any outbuildings, in a clean and reasonable condition.
Condition of your home. You must keep your home in reasonable condition and take steps to prevent infestation and condensation. You are responsible for cleaning your own windows and extractor fans where accessible. You must keep clean any private balcony. You must not store any unsightly items on the balcony which are visible above the balcony rail. You must maintain any outbuilding, yard or garden, including fences and gates. (For further details concerning the maintenance of fencing see clause 2.9b) You must make sure any outbuilding, yard or garden is kept clean, tidy and free from rubbish. You must look after the garden and prevent any trees, bushes, xxxxxx or grass from overgrowing. If you fail to look after your property we may carry out repairs, special cleaning or clearance and recharge you our reasonable costs, reasonably incurred, for this service.
Condition of your home. 6.1.1 You must keep your home and the common parts in a clean and tidy xxxxxxxxx.Xxx must keep the inside of your home in reasonable decorative order and ensure that open fire chimneys that are used are swept regularly. You must not neglect your home or let it fall into disrepair. You should carry out promptly all necessary repairs to your home other than those that are our responsibility.
Condition of your home. 1.11. You and we agree the schedule of condition together the photographs (if any) attached to this Agreement at Annex 2 represent the condition of your Home at date this Agreement starts.
Condition of your home. The interior of the home is expected to be cleared of clutter. Toys are to be put away, laundry is in the laundry baskets or washer, clothes are to be put away in the closet or in the dresser(s), dishes are in the dishwasher or cabinets. Surfaces that are covered with clutter will not be cleaned. While cleaning, EH Clean staff may organize items; they could be returned to their original place.
