Conditions of Overtime. 6.3.1 When employees are engaged for work calls during the hours of 12:00 midnight and 8:00 a.m., the wage rate shall be two (2) times the regular straight time hourly rate. The hourly wage rate shall revert back to the regular hourly rate at 8:00 a.m., except under the conditions of Section 6.4.11.
