Conditions of Hire. Agreements with Age Connects Morgannwg for the hire of space at Cynon Linc or any part thereof (“the Premises”) are subject to these Terms and Conditions of Hire (“the Hire Conditions”). UNDERTAKING OF THE HIRER The Hirer undertakes to ensure that they understand the Hire Conditions. SUPERVISION BY THE HIRER The Hirer undertakes to be present, or arrange for sufficient adult representatives to be present, throughout the hiring to ensure compliance with the provisions and stipulations contained or referred to in these Hire Conditions and any relevant licenses. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE HIRER The Hirer shall be responsible during the period of hire for: – Being familiar with, and complying with, the guides provided for the use of the Premises Ensuring that the Premises are kept secure for the duration of the hire Supervision of the use of the Premises and the care of its fabric and contents Ensuring that the purpose and conduct of the hire does not disrupt the use of any other room hired by other persons Ensuring that the Premises including public areas are left clean and tidy with rubbish removed from the rented space at the end of the hire. If we are required to undertake a deep clean of the rented space after your booking, you accept you will be held liable for the full amount incurred in doing so and will be invoiced for any work undertaken in respect of such cleaning. Ensuring that all equipment, chairs and tables have been returned to their original positions safely, the Premises are cleared of people, all lights switched off, and the rented space secured. Ensuring that any temporary fittings and fixtures comply with Health and Safety guidance, and in particular ensuring that any decorations used are not a fire hazard. Ensuring that any equipment or electrical appliances brought onto the Premises and used there shall be certified safe (XXX Tested) and in good working order and used in a safe manner. Ensuring that no animals (including birds), except assist dogs are brought into the building, without written permission of the management on the occasion of a special event or hire agreed to by the management FIRE REGULATIONS The Hirer shall: Ensure that the “Emergency Exit” signs are kept illuminated and not obscured. Ensure that the Fire Brigade is called to any outbreak of fire, however slight, and details given to the management. Conditions of Hire. 3.1 The hire of the Equipment will commence on the Commencement Date.
Conditions of Hire. In consideration of the hire fee described in clause 2.4, we agree to permit you to use the premises described in clause 2.2 for the purpose described in clause 2.12 for the period(s) described in clause 2.1. The details inserted in sub-clauses 2.1 to 2.9 below and the answers to the questions in sub-clauses 2.10 to 2.17 are terms of this Agreement. This Agreement includes the annexed Standard Conditions of Hire and the Special Conditions of Hire set out in the attached Schedule.
Conditions of Hire. 2.1 The letting of the premises or use by Third Party / hire groups is under responsibility of the Parochial Church Council (PCC). Delegated authority will be given to a Churchwarden or any appointed responsible person to administrate Parish lettings. Any long term or contract hire is only with the approval of the PCC and or delegated authority. For the use of Parish buildings, a written and signed agreement has to be made, with reference to this agreement. Sub-hire or use of the premises for any purpose other than described in the agreement is prohibited. All liability for loss or damage of any equipment or other property brought onto or left at the premises is excluded, because the PCC does not accept responsibility for such. Conditions of Hire. Hirers are advised that these conditions of hire may be altered or extended by the Ballarat Agricultural and Pastoral Society at any time without notice.
Conditions of Hire. 11.1 All rates do not include fuel, tyres, windscreens, accident claim handling fees (exclusion: See Red. Excess 3 in Offer); ACH reserves the right to replace the vehicle/s with a similar vehicle in the event the original vehicle become immobilised. Conditions of Hire. Applications for events will only be considered if submitted within a reasonable time of the proposed event relative to the size of the event. The minimum notice period is six weeks prior to the event. If Planning Permission from the Borough Council is required, the minimum notice period increases to 2 months. The Hirer must submit full details of the proposed event for the approval of the Parish Council. Details should include arrangements for catering, refuse collection and disposal, toilets, general activity to be staged, anticipated attendance figures, Health and Safety information and any other information as the Parish Council may require.

Conditions of Hire. BOOKING 1.1 All applications for the hire of Accommodation within the forum must be in writing on the Hire Agreement Form and forwarded to the General Manager for consideration. The precise purpose for which the hire is required must be clearly stated on the Hire Agreement Form with full particulars of that purpose. The forum reserves the right to refuse any application, without stating their reason for doing so and may accept any application only upon such additional conditions as the forum shall deem necessary to impose. The hire shall relate only to the Hire Accommodation requested in the Hire Agreement Form. The Period of Hire must include the additional time required for setting up before and clearing away after the event. If the forum accepts the application, the person or persons signing the Hire Agreement Form must be over 18 years of age and shall be deemed the Hirer as well as the society, association, club, company or other body on whose behalf the application may be made and as such, will be jointly and severally responsible to the forum for the payment of the hiring fees and for strict observance of these Conditions of Hire. 1.2 The hiring of the Hire Accommodation does not entitle the Hirer to use or enter the Hire Accommodation at any time other than the period of time stated in the Hire Agreement Form, unless prior consent has been given by the General Manager. 1.3 Any alterations to the details of the booking or seating arrangements must be notified to the General Manager before tickets are released for sale. The forum reserves the right to refuse any request for alteration of detail. 2. HIRE CHARGES The charges for hiring the Hire Accommodation will be in accordance with the current official scale or any amendment there of which shall be made by the forum. Contact the forum for current hire charges for equipment, labour, consumables, hired/bought items and other charges that might be levied. 3. CATERING 3.1 All catering arrangements must be made directly with the forum's solely appointed caterer. 3.2 The Hirer shall not provide or engage any other person to provide food, alcoholic drinks, catering services or bar services within the forum. 3.3 the forum shall not be liable for any breach of contract by the caterer. 4.
Conditions of Hire. (If the Hirer is in any doubt as to the meaning of the following, the Bookings Officer should be consulted immediately.) For the purposes of these conditions, the term Hirer shall mean an individual Hirer or, where the Hirer is an organisation, the authorised representative, and the term Premises and Contents shall mean room/s and/or changing rooms and/or stores hired and entrance halls, corridors, toilets and kitchen/s and their contents.
