Common use of Conducting Mediation Clause in Contracts

Conducting Mediation. A. The format, dates, and times of meetings will be arranged by the Mediator, and such meetings will be closed to the press. Releases to the media will be made jointly. B. The Mediator will meet with the Board Representatives and the Association Representatives either separately or together. C. To the extent that tentative agreements are reached as a result of such mediation, the procedure provided in the Adopting Recommendations Section will apply.
