Conducting Mediation. 4.6.1 The format, dates, and times of meetings shall be arranged by the mediator and such meetings shall be conducted in closed sessions. The mediator shall meet with the representatives of the District and the Association either separately or together. To the extent that tentative agreements are reached as a result of such mediation, the procedures for ratifying tentative agreements shall apply.

Conducting Mediation. 4.6.1 7-6-1 The format, dates, and times of meetings shall be arranged by the mediator and such meetings shall be conducted in closed sessions. The mediator shall meet with the representatives of the District Board and the Association Association, either separately or together. To the extent that tentative agreements are reached as a result of such mediation, the procedures for ratifying tentative agreements provided in Article 7-4 shall apply. If mediation fails in whole or in part, the mediator shall not, without the consent of both parties, make findings of fact or recommend terms of settlement.
