CONDUCTING UNION BUSINESS. The District will afford reasonable time off without pay to elected officers or appointed representatives of Local No. 320 for the purposes of conducting the duties of Local No. 320. The District will allow, during working hours on the employer’s premises and without loss of pay, the elected officers to attend negotiating meetings; transmit communications authorized by the Union or its officers to the employer; and consult with the employer or his/her representative concerning the enforcement of any provisions of this Agreement.
