Conformed Plans. Prepare conformed plans for use in constructing the project. The conformed plans shall reflect changes made during bidding and will be noted as a revision to the final design plans.
Conformed Plans. Within 60 days after substantial completion of the Tenant Improvements and receipt from the general contractor of all field changes, if any, Landlord shall submit to Tenant a set of conformed plans (“as-builts”) on mylar incorporating all field changes made and all changes and/or revisions that have been made subsequent to the submission of the Final Plans specified in Section 2.2.
