Congress Sponsors. The Host shall present for approval to the World Energy Council’s Finance Committee at least 30 months ahead of the Congress, a draft sponsorship prospectus and strategy including sponsorship terminology , fees and benefits for each sponsorship level, including both cash and in-kind, making clear that it is the Host who will deliver the sponsor benefits, and target numbers for sponsors. Time should be allowed for feedback from the London Office and the Finance Committee. Once this proposal is approved by the Finance Committee and any sponsorship prospectus or brochure has also been approved by the London Office, the Host is free to recruit sponsors.

Congress Sponsors. The Host shall engage with and help recruit a range of national sponsors including national state-owned companies, Host Government agencies, solution and technology providers and institutions. To support the Host’s procurement of national sponsors, the Council will make available to the Host at least 20 months ahead of the Congress, a draft sponsorship prospectus including sponsorship levels. The final sponsorship prospectus is provided following approval by the Council Finance Committee. The Host shall regularly liaise with the Council and Event Organiser on national sponsor prospects working with the Council and Event organiser to ensure strong national support. The Host shall not offer any benefits to sponsors or potential sponsors that are not outlined in the sponsorship prospectus and shall not, under any circumstances, offer, procure or permit the offer for sponsorship or third-party branding of any of the following items:

  • International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-­‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.

  • Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise Compliance Award of this Contract was based, in part, on the Indiana Veteran Owned Small Business Enterprise (“IVOSB”) participation plan, as detailed in the IVOSB Subcontractor Commitment Form, commonly referred to as “Attachment A-1” in the procurement documentation and incorporated by reference herein. Therefore, any changes to this information during the Contract term must be approved by IDOA’s IVOSB Division (“IVOSB Division”) and may require an amendment.   • Asset Management Supplier will: i) maintain an asset inventory of all media and equipment where Accenture Data is stored. Access to such media and equipment will be restricted to authorized Personnel; ii) classify Accenture Data so that it is properly identified and access to it is appropriately restricted; iii) maintain an acceptable use policy with restrictions on printing Accenture Data and procedures for appropriately disposing of printed materials that contain Accenture Data when such data is no longer needed under the Agreement; iv) maintain an appropriate approval process whereby Supplier’s approval is required prior to its Personnel storing Accenture Data on portable devices, remotely accessing Accenture Data, or processing such data outside of Supplier facilities. If remote access is approved, Personnel will use multi-factor authentication, which may include the use of smart cards with certificates, One Time Password (OTP) tokens, and biometrics.
