Sponsor Benefits. In connection with this Sponsorship Agreement (“Agreement”) and in accordance with the terms set forth herein, DSDP anticipates making the following benefits available to Sponsor in connection with this Agreement and payment of the applicable Sponsorship Amount:
Sponsor Benefits. Prominent on-site signage displayed at the workshop recognizing the sponsorship
Sponsor Benefits. Sponsor will receive the following benefits in return for payment of fees:
a. Display of sponsor Marks on the Sponsored Stations identified in Section 1.2;
b. Display of sponsor Marks on all bike share bicycles associated with the Sponsored Stations;
c. Display of sponsor Marks on the project website;
d. Display of sponsor Marks on other promotional materials associated with the System.
Sponsor Benefits. In consideration of Visit Orlando's payment of the Sponsorship Fee, Organizer shall provide Visit Orlando with the Sponsorship Benefits set forth in Exhibit A.
Sponsor Benefits a. Value Created by AEEC, AMC, and FSEMC: AEEC, AMC, and FSEMC cooperatively establish common technical standards and develop shared technical solutions that no one organization could develop independently. The primary benefit of sponsorship is to ensure the continued viability and success of these industry activities. Active participation and financial support provided by Sponsors are critical factors that enable the AEEC, AMC, and FSEMC to create value by improving cost effectiveness, increasing productivity, and reducing lifecycle costs for airlines; aircraft and flight simulator manufacturers; avionics suppliers; and aviation, maintenance, training, and communication service providers. Sponsors also benefit from the information exchange among participants in the activities and the ARINC Standards and other technical deliverables that result from the work of these activities.
b. Electronic Access to ARINC Standards and other Documentation prepared by AEEC, AMC, and FSEMC: Sponsors receive the following:
i. Electronic access and download capability via the Internet for ARINC Standards (defined below), as well as other publicly available documents produced by the ARINC Industry Activities program of SAE-ITC in support of the AEEC, AMC, and FSEMC including, draft documents, meeting announcements, meeting reports, working papers, and the AeroLine®, Plane Talk® and Sim Notes® newsletters.
Sponsor Benefits. In consideration of and subject to Sponsor's payment of the Sponsorship Fee and performance of the Sponsor's obligations under this Agreement, Organizer shall provide Sponsor with the following Sponsor Benefits:
Sponsor Benefits. In exchange for the payment of the Sponsorship Fees, and subject to the terms of the Agreement, Sponsor shall receive the corresponding benefits set forth in the applicable Sponsorship Form.
Sponsor Benefits. Sponsors build relationships with the vast Song fi membership and can interact with them in creative ways through exclusive music and video and our innovative social network platform.
Sponsor Benefits. Sponsor agrees to purchase from Company, and Company agrees to provide to Sponsor, the Sponsor Benefits subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. Nothing contained herein shall constitute a guarantee or warranty by Company as to the results to be achieved, measurement of success, or minimum or anticipated level of profits, revenue or sales which Sponsor may receive as a result of or arising from the Sponsor Benefits.
Sponsor Benefits. TAFE NSW is the naming rights sponsor of Football NSW’s Summer Football program. The Competition Administrator acknowledges and agrees that Football NSW aims to promote the economic viability and growth of TAFE NSW Summer Football by centrally exploiting certain revenue streams in accordance with the terms of this agreement. The Competition Administrator acknowledges and agrees that it must provide assist Football NSW to exploit Football NSW’s commercial rights. The sponsorship with TAFE NSW allows Football NSW to provide each Competition Administrator with a variety of benefits, including but not limited to, a range of TAFE NSW branded equipment (set out in SCHEDULE A) which is to be used to facilitate competitions. The Competition Administrator acknowledges and agrees to do the following at each of its centres:
a) display a minimum of two (2) TAFE NSW Summer Football “feather” banners on each day of operation;
b) exclusively use the official TAFE NSW Summer Football match balls for all games; and
c) exclusively use the TAFE NSW Summer Football player bibs. The Competition Administrator must submit to Football NSW evidence of compliance through the submission of photos or other materials to Xxxxx Xxxxxx at xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xx. The Competition Administrator acknowledges and agrees that failure to comply with the abovementioned requirements may cause the sponsorship agreement with TAFE NSW to be terminated which will result in the loss of commercial benefits to Football NSW and the Competition Administrator. The Competition Administrator acknowledges and agrees that failure to comply with the abovementioned requirements may result in the termination of this agreement by Football NSW in accordance with Section 7 (below). The Competition Administrator acknowledges that representatives of TAFE NSW will be inspecting affiliated centres from time to time to report on compliance with the abovementioned requirements. Should Football NSW receive a report that an inspected affiliated centre was in breach, Football NSW will be required to investigate.
