Connection / Disconnection of Services. 01. General Connect and disconnect shore power, cooling water, potable water, sanitation, steam, air, oil boom, fire protection, dumpsters, and gangways when arriving at and leaving drydock and wet berth. 1 Air – Provide 100 psig of air pressure through a 1-1/2” hose to the vessel’s air system. Air supplied shall be dried through a portable air dryer. 2 Sanitation – Garbage removal onboard the vessel shall occur on a daily basis. Provide two (2) leak-proof skips and empty on a daily basis. Furnish a receiving tank for the vessel’s sewage plant effluent. Connect to the vessel’s overboard discharge. Empty the receiving tank as required to prevent overflowing. Furnish a receiving tank for the vessel’s gray water effluent. Connect to the vessel’s overboard discharge flanges. Empty the receiving tank as required to prevent overflowing. Furnish a receiving tank for the vessel’s oily bilge waste / slops. Connect to the vessel’s discharge. Empty the receiving tank as required to prevent overflowing

Provide the services of a sewage vacuum truck to receive sewage on a weekly basis. Connect to the vessel’s Sewage Discharge connection at the Port or Stbd Shore Connection stand at Frame 134. Schedule the weekly discharge with the Chief Engineer. Furnish a receiving tank for the vessel’s gray water effluent. Connect to the vessel’s overboard discharge flanges. Empty the receiving tank as required to prevent overflowing. Furnish a receiving tank for the vessel’s oily bilge waste / slops. Connect to the vessel’s discharge. Empty the receiving tank as required to prevent overflowing

  • DISCONNECTION OF SUPPLY 14.1 When can we arrange for disconnection? (a) you do not pay your bill by the pay-by date and, if you are a residential customer, you: (i) fail to comply with the terms of an agreed payment plan; or (ii) do not agree to an offer to pay the bill by instalments, or having agreed, you fail to comply with the instalment arrangement; (b) you do not provide a security deposit we are entitled to require from you; or (c) you do not give access to your premises to read a meter (where relevant) for 3 consecutive meter reads; or (d) you fail to give us safe and unhindered access to the premises as required by clause 11 or any requirements under the energy laws; or (e) there has been illegal or fraudulent use of energy at your premises in breach of clause 16 of this contract; or (f) we are otherwise entitled or required to do so under the Rules or by law.

  • Disconnection Upon termination of this Agreement, Developer and Connecting Transmission Owner will take all appropriate steps to disconnect the Developer’s Large Generating Facility from the New York State Transmission System. All costs required to effectuate such disconnection shall be borne by the terminating Party, unless such termination resulted from the non-terminating Party’s Default of this Agreement or such non-terminating Party otherwise is responsible for these costs under this Agreement.

  • Interconnection Customer Provided Services The services provided by Interconnection Customer under this LGIA are set forth in Article 9.6 and Article 13.5. 1. Interconnection Customer shall be paid for such services in accordance with Article 11.6.

  • Interconnection Customer (1) Interconnection Customer shall construct and, unless otherwise indicated, shall own, the following Interconnection Facilities: None (2) In the event that, in accordance with the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement, Interconnection Customer has exercised the Option to Build, it is hereby permitted to build in accordance with and subject to the conditions and limitations set forth in that Section, the following portions of the Transmission Owner Interconnection Facilities which constitute or are part of the Customer Facility: None Ownership of the facilities built by Interconnection Customer pursuant to the Option to Build shall be as provided in the Interconnection Construction Service Agreement.

  • Interconnection Service Interconnection Service allows the Interconnection Customer to connect the Large Generating Facility to the Participating TO’s Transmission System and be eligible to deliver the Large Generating Facility’s output using the available capacity of the CAISO Controlled Grid. To the extent the Interconnection Customer wants to receive Interconnection Service, the Participating TO shall construct facilities identified in Appendices A and C that the Participating TO is responsible to construct.

  • Interconnection Customer Drawings Within one hundred twenty (120) days after the date of Initial Operation, unless the Interconnection Parties agree on another mutually acceptable deadline, the Interconnection Customer shall deliver to the Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner final, “as-built” drawings, information and documents regarding the Customer Interconnection Facilities, including, as and to the extent applicable: a one-line diagram, a site plan showing the Customer Facility and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, plan and elevation drawings showing the layout of the Customer Interconnection Facilities, a relay functional diagram, relaying AC and DC schematic wiring diagrams and relay settings for all facilities associated with the Interconnection Customer's step-up transformers, the facilities connecting the Customer Facility to the step-up transformers and the Customer Interconnection Facilities, and the impedances (determined by factory tests) for the associated step-up transformers and the Customer Facility. As applicable, the Interconnection Customer shall provide Transmission Provider and the Interconnected Transmission Owner specifications for the excitation system, automatic voltage regulator, Customer Facility control and protection settings, transformer tap settings, and communications.

  • Connectivity User is solely responsible for providing and maintaining all necessary electronic communications with Exchange, including, wiring, computer hardware, software, communication line access, and networking devices.

  • Interconnection Customer Compensation If the CAISO requests or directs the Interconnection Customer to provide a service pursuant to Articles 9.6.3 (Payment for Reactive Power) or 13.5.1 of this LGIA, the CAISO shall compensate the Interconnection Customer in accordance with the CAISO Tariff.

  • Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities The Interconnection Customer shall design, procure, construct, install, own and/or control the Interconnection Customer’s Interconnection Facilities described in Appendix A at its sole expense.
