CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTORS BOARD COMPLAINT. If the Contractor or a Subcontractor fails, neglects or refuses to make payment to a person that provides labor, equipment, services or materials in connection with the Contract, the person may file a complaint with the Construction Contractors Board, unless payment is subject to a good faith dispute as defined in ORS 279C.580.

  • Construction Progress Meetings The Design Professional shall attend Construction Progress Meetings periodically held by the Contractor at the Site on a schedule determined by the Contractor.
