Construction Market Survey. The Consultant shall conduct a Construction Market Survey to provide current information regarding the general availability of local construction services, labor, material and equipment costs and the economic factors related to the construction of the Project. A report of the Construction Market Survey shall be provided to the City and Designer as a component of the initial Project and Construction Budget, described below.

Construction Market Survey. In accordance with the Construction Management Plan, the CM shall conduct a Construction Market Survey to provide current information regarding the general availability of local construction services, labor, materials and equipment cost and other economic factors related to each School Project. A report of the Construction Market Survey shall be provided to the Owner and the Designer. The CM shall make recommendations for strategies related to design, advertising, schedule, phasing, bonding and any other actions that can effectively offset market conditions and benefit each School Project.

Related to Construction Market Survey

  • Construction Schedule The progress schedule of construction of the Project as provided by Developer and approved by District.

  • Architect/Engineer (A/E) means a person registered as an architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1051, as a landscape architect pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1052, a person licensed as a professional engineer pursuant to Tex. Occ. Code Xxx., Chapter 1001 and/or a firm employed by Owner or a design-build contractor to provide professional architectural or engineering services and to exercise overall responsibility for the design of a Project or a significant portion thereof, and to perform the contract administration responsibilities set forth in the Contract.

  • Construction Completion The related Construction shall have been completed substantially in accordance with the related Plans and Specifications, the related Deed and all Applicable Laws, and such Leased Property shall be ready for occupancy and operation. All fixtures, equipment and other property contemplated under the Plans and Specifications to be incorporated into or installed in such Leased Property shall have been substantially incorporated or installed, free and clear of all Liens except for Permitted Liens.

  • Construction Schedules Construction Manager shall incorporate the relevant portions of the Project Schedule, into its Construction Schedules. Construction Manager shall include with its Estimated Contract Sum preliminary Construction Schedules for Owner Parties’ review. After Owner approves the Project budget, Construction Manager shall update and distribute with the Progress Report its approved Construction Schedules throughout the duration of the Work. Each such updated Construction Schedule shall conform to the Contract Documents’ requirements and shall accurately reflect progress and remaining estimated durations of applicable Work.

  • Construction Change Directive A written order prepared and issued by the District, the Construction Manager, and/or the Architect and signed by the District and the Architect, directing a change in the Work.

  • Construction Work The regulation at 41 C.F.R. § 60-1.3 defines “construction work” as the construction, rehabilitation, alteration, conversion, extension, demolition or repair of buildings, highways, or other changes or improvements to real property, including facilities providing utility services. The term also includes the supervision, inspection, and other onsite functions incidental to the actual construction.
