Consultant's Expenses. Aptus shall pay all expenses incurred by Consultant in representing Aptus.
Consultant's Expenses. The Company shall reimburse the Consultant for all reasonable travel, entertainment and other expenses incurred by the Consultant and Contractor in connection with the Contractor's duties hereunder which are approved in writing by the Company in advance of being incurred in accordance with the policies and procedures of the Company as in force from time to time. All such payments and reimbursements shall be made promptly upon submission by the Consultant of vouchers, bills, or receipts for such expenses and disbursements.
Consultant's Expenses. Throughout the term of this Agreement, Consultant shall provide the types of services set forth in Section 1 from time to time and upon the Company's reasonable request. Consultant shall perform such services at and from his principal place of business. Consultant shall be solely responsible for ordinary and reasonable expenses incurred during the course of its performance of this Agreement, such as by way of example, telephone and fax charges, copying charges and the like. The Company, upon prior approval, shall promptly reimburse Consultant for any reasonable expenses, including travel and lodging, that Consultant may incur on the Company's behalf in furtherance of this Agreement.
Consultant's Expenses. All expenses incurred by Consultant in representing INSYNQ including, but not limited to, travel expense, entertainment, shall be paid by Consultant
Consultant's Expenses. All expenses incurred by Consultant in --------------------- representing INSYNQ including, but not limited to, travel expense, entertainment, shall be paid by INSYNQ, provided Consultant receives prior written authorization from INSYNQ specifying the covered expense items for amounts over $1,000 for any given month. As to said reimbursable expense items, INSYNQ shall reimburse Consultant during the Calendar month immediately following the month in which such expense item is incurred upon presentation of receipts or other appropriate documentation.

All expenses incurred by Consultant in --------------------- representing INS including, but not limited to, travel and entertainment expense, shall be paid by INS, provided Consultant receives prior written authorization from INS specifying the covered expense items for amounts over $500.00 for any given month. As to said reimbursable expense items, INS shall reimburse Consultant during the calendar month immediately following the month in which such expense item is incurred upon presentation of receipts or other appropriate documentation.
Consultant's Expenses. Except as provided in SECTION 5.2, Consultant shall be responsible for all regular business expenses of Consultant and its employees and agents. Travel and entertainment expenses specifically incurred by Consultant at the request of the Company will be reimbursed by Company. Consultant may also be reimbursed by Company for entertainment and travel expenses not incurred by Consultant at the request of the Company, so long as such expenses are pre-approved by the Company, which approval may be withheld by the Company in its sole discretion.
Consultant's Expenses. Consultant shall be reimbursed for any expenses incurred by Consultant in performing the Services hereunder, including, but not limited to, travel, long distance telephone, Federal Express, and hotels, provided, that Company’s prior approval shall be required once total monthly expenses exceed $2,500. Consultant shall obtain and maintain at Consultant’s sole expense any licenses or insurance required by federal, state or local law.
Consultant's Expenses. Throughout the term of this Agreement, the Consultant shall provide the types of services set forth in Sections A through E and Section 2. Consultant shall perform such services at and from its principal place of business. Consultant shall be entitled to reimbursement by the Company for ordinary and reasonable expenses incurred during the performance of this Agreement, provided the Consultant obtains Client's prior written authorization to incur such expenses.
Consultant's Expenses. Consultant shall be responsible for all expenses incurred by Consultant in connection with this Agreement, except for reasonable travel and other reasonable out-of-pocket expenses pre-approved in writing by the Company to be incurred (the "Expenses").
