Telephone Expense. An employee away from home overnight on MainePERS business shall have the right to one (1) telephone call of reasonable duration per night to his/her home, at MainePERS expense.

An employee away from the employee’s residence or official headquarters on official Judicial Branch business over a twenty-four (24) hour basis shall have the right to fifteen (15) minutes of personal phone time per day while on travel status to anywhere in Maine provided that the employee pays for the call and seeks reimbursement on an expense voucher.

In addition, Golden Bear shall pay GBI an initial monthly fee of Two Hundred Dollars ($200.00) (the "Phone Rental"), which represents Golden Bear's pro rata share of GBI's current costs of providing local telephone service.In addition to the Phone Rental, Golden Bear shall be respoxxxxxx xxx payment of any equipment costs or service charges incurred by GBI in order to provide additional phone services to Golden Bear (or to make changes in the phone service as currently provided to the Premises for the benefit of Golden Bear). The Phone Rental will be paid in advance, on or before the first day of the month, and shall be nonrefundable. The parties will review their telephone service requirements under this Agreement annually during the last thirty (30) days of GBI's maintenance contract year and at any other time when changes are made in phone service to determine the projected recurring costs of such changes, at which time the Phone Rental shall be adjusted to reflect material cost increases and changes in service requirements.
Telephone Expense. The University may pay for cellular or land line based telephone charges/connections solely related to the performance of Employee’s job duties as deemed necessary by Employee’s supervisor.

Telephone Expense. District shall provide communications line and services as needed/required for on-call employees who are required to use computer systems from their homes. District will reimburse employees for all installation cost of said line up to $100.00 and monthly service costs up to $16.00. District will reimburse on-call employees for actual costs incurred for work related long distance expenses.
Telephone Expense. The City shall continue to reimburse members of the 533 Association for the basic monthly cost of maintaining a phone. Such 534 reimbursement shall be at the rate of $6.53 per month and will be paid to 535 active employees in this representational bargaining unit in a lump sum 536 between June 1 and June 15 of each year; said sum to cover the twelve 537 (12) month period ending on June 30 of each year.
