Consultation generally. I. . The CFPB shall consult with the FTC, in accordance with Section I022(b)(2) of the CFP Act, regarding rulemakings under MOU Consumer Financial Laws covering the conduct of MOU Covered Persons in connection with offering or providing Consumer Financial Products or Services. Consultation shall be undertaken pursuant to the CFPB's written processes regarding consultation with the appropriate prudential regulators and other federal agencies.

Consultation generally. 7.1 ASIC and the Panel will attempt to provide reasonable time for consideration by the other party of any document or proposed action. They will provide a clear timetable of their intended action. In urgent cases that time may be short. If the timetable appears too short for the notified party, the principal contact will discuss the timetable with the other’s principal contact. But neither party is bound to alter the timetable which appears most appropriate to their regulatory responsibilities.

  • Disbursement Generally OEM shall reimburse eligible costs incurred in carrying out the Project, up to the Grant Fund amount provided in Section 3. Reimbursements shall be made by OEM upon approval by OEM of an RFR. Eligible costs are the reasonable and necessary costs incurred by Subrecipient for the Project, in accordance with the Emergency Management Performance Grants guidance and application materials, including without limitation the United States Department of Homeland Security Notice of Funding Opportunity Announcement (NOFO), that are not excluded from reimbursement by OEM, either by this Agreement or by exclusion as a result of financial review or audit.
