Consumer Price Index Information a. In the event the Bureau of Labor Statistics terminates publication of the monthly Consumer Price Index information required for purposes of this provision or substantially modifies the manner of calculating such information, representatives of the Board and Local 1 agree to meet for the purpose of negotiating the terms of this cost-of-living adjustment provision. Also, if receipt by the District of Consumer Price Index information from the Bureau of Labor Statistics is delayed for reasons beyond the control of the district, payment of the cost-of-living adjustment shall be made as soon as possible following the receipt of such information.

SALARY SCHEDULE 2003-2004 Salary Schedule: The Teacher Salary Schedule for 2003-2004 shall be computed by multiplying the final teacher salary schedule for 2002-2003 by 1.015 (increased by 1.5%) for the first semester (Salary Schedule A). For the second semester Salary Schedule A will be increased by 1.015 (increased by 1.5%). A cost-of-living adjustment shall be paid at the conclusion of the 2003-2004 school year pursuant to the terms of the Cost-of-Living language capped at zero percent (0%).

Contractor agrees to cooperate fully in providing reasonable access to Contractor’s records, documents, agents, and employees, and premises if reasonably required by authorized officials of the Department of Industrial Relations, or the Department of Justice to determine Contractor’s compliance with the requirements under this section and shall provide the same rights of access to the JBE.

  • Other Confidential Consumer Information Party agrees to comply with the requirements of AHS Rule No. 08-048 concerning access to and uses of personal information relating to any beneficiary or recipient of goods, services or other forms of support. Party further agrees to comply with any applicable Vermont State Statute and other regulations respecting the right to individual privacy. Party shall ensure that all of its employees, subcontractors and other service providers performing services under this agreement understand and preserve the sensitive, confidential and non-public nature of information to which they may have access.
