CONTACTING THE EMPLOYER. 28.1 From the time of Bid opening to the time of award of Contract, if any Bidder wishes to contact the Employer on any matter related to the Bid, it should do so in writing. Information relating to the examination, clarification, evaluation & recommendation for award shall not be disclosed. 28.2 Any effort by the Bidder to influence the Employer in the Employer's 'Bid Evaluation', 'Bid Comparison', or 'Contract Award' decisions may result in the rejection of the Bidder's Bid and action shall be initiated as per procedure in this regard.

Prior to the detailed evaluation of Bids, the Employer will determine whether each Bid:- (a) Meets the "Bid Evaluation Criteria" of the Bidding Documents; (b) Has been properly signed; (c) Is accompanied by the required 'Xxxxxxx Money / Bid Security'; (d) Is substantially responsive to the requirements of the Bidding Documents; and (e) Provides any clarification and/or substantiation that the Employer may require to determine responsiveness pursuant to "ITB: Clause-29.2" 29.2 A substantially responsive Bid is one which conforms to all the terms, conditions and specifications of the Bidding Documents without material deviations or reservations or omissions for this purpose employer defines the foregoing terms below:-

  • Employment Relationship Employment with the Company is for no specific period of time.
