CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT. The employer understands that there are a number of performance standards that will enable it to meet these obligations. As such the following areas KPOH (Total kilograms -divide by- Total Production Hours), RESWASH, PPH (Pieces processed per/hour), Cost per kilo($/KG) and cost per tonne($/Tonne) are important to maintain high performance standards. Individual KPIs are set against these areas in consultation with employees and employees and management will endeavour to ensure they are met and exceeded.
CONTINOUS IMPROVEMENT. 1.6.1 The parties recognise that an efficient enterprise requires the parties to focus on the quality of the products and the efficiency of production of the products which requires commitment from all employees. To that end, the parties agree to jointly develop a continuous improvement program which is designed to develop a culture where all employees at the workplace continually review the way work is performed and organised with a view to ensuring quality is provided to our customers.
