Forklift Allowance. The daily forklift allowance shall be payable to any BE1 or BE2 level employee who holds a relevant forklift licence and who is requested by their Supervisor or Manager (or required on an ongoing standing basis) to operate a forklift as a regular component of their work. At BE3 level and above forklift allowance is included in the classification rate.
Forklift Allowance. An allowance of $16.50 per week will be paid to all licensed Forklift Operators. This allowance will be paid when the employee has successfully completed training and obtained a licence. This allowance is included in the ordinary time rate.
Forklift Allowance. 10.6.1 An employee who has a forklift driver’s licence and is regularly required to undertake forklift duties will be paid an allowance in accordance with Schedule A.
10.6.2 An employee who has a forklift licence and is required to undertake forklift duties for greater than two hours in any one day or shift will be paid an allowance per shift in accordance with Schedule A.
Forklift Allowance. An Employee will be paid a forklift allowance as specified in Schedule D. The allowance will be paid on a daily basis to Employees as allocated on a roster basis, and will apply to Employees who are rostered to perform forklift duties. This allowance also applies in instances where an Employee is required to cover for planned or unplanned absences on an ad hoc basis.
Forklift Allowance. Employees who hold a valid and current forklift licence shall be entitled to a forklift allowance of $15 per week, subject to the following conditions:
Forklift Allowance. 1. The forklift allowance is 2.5% of an employee’s relevant hourly rate (inclusive of penalties and loadings) extra per hour of work. If an employee is entitled to the forklift allowance, it is paid on all hours of work.
2. All employees employed as logistics operators receive the forklift allowance for all work hours, even if they are not operating a forklift 50% or more of their shift.
3. Any role other than logistics operator can receive the forklift allowance if it is assessed that the role requires an employee/s to work 50% or more of their shift operating a forklift.
a. Any role can be assessed for the allowance upon request if an employee or the union believe that the role meets the 50% requirement.
b. Assessment will involve the union, relevant employees, and management.
c. Assessment will occur within a reasonable timeframe of the request.
4. The calculation of 50% or more of a shift excludes breaks. E.g. for an 8-hour shift with 1 hour of breaks, 3.5 hours is 50% of the shift.
Forklift Allowance. Payable on a daily basis when forklift operation is required, at a rate of $5.68 per day.
Forklift Allowance. If you are required to be licensed and to operate a Forklift, you will be paid a Forklift Allowance for each hour worked operating a Forklift. Forklift allowance (Rate per Hour) $0.50 You may be invited to work as an Assistant Section Leader within the Distribution Centre and will be paid an additional allowance for each hour worked as an Assistant Section Leader. If you receive an Assistant Section Leader allowance for all hours worked, you will also receive this allowance when on paid leave. No forklift allowance is payable when you receive an Assistant Section Leader allowance. Assistant Section Leader allowance (Rate per Hour) $2.24 Superannuation will be calculated in accordance with the requirements of superannuation legislation, and will include all allowances and shift loadings.
Forklift Allowance. In addition to any allowance paid under sub-clause 2.1 above, where a suitably qualified team member, who is located at an Offsite Reserve or Multi Offsite Reserve, is required to operate a forklift for a majority of a shift, the team member shall be paid for the entire shift an additional hourly forklift allowance rate to a maximum weekly rate in accordance with the following table. Junior team members will receive the applicable percentage of the weekly allowance rate (pro rata) in accordance with the percentages contained in sub-clause 5.1.3 of this Agreement. Forklift Allowance. An employee required to drive a forklift by Xxxxxxx will receive an allowance of $1.00 per day.
