Forklift Allowance. 20.1.3.1 A forklift allowance is paid to licensed employees where their license is recognised and used by the Company. It is set at $17.86 per week for the duration of this agreement.
Forklift Allowance. An employee who has been appointed, is licensed and is required by the Company to operate a forklift, at the commencement of the approved 2019 Enterprise Agreement, will continue to receive a weekly allowance in accordance with the table below. From the date of the approval of the 2019 Enterprise Agreement, an employee who is appointed after that date and who is required by the Company to operate a forklift, will not receive a weekly allowance in accordance with the table below. The Company may review and change the number of employees appointed to operate a forklift in accordance with its operational requirements. Forklift Allowance. The daily forklift allowance shall be payable to any BE1 or BE2 level employee who holds a relevant forklift licence and who is requested by their Supervisor or Manager (or required on an ongoing standing basis) to operate a forklift as a regular component of their work. At BE3 level and above forklift allowance is included in the classification rate.
Forklift Allowance. 10.6.1 An employee who has a forklift driver’s licence and is regularly required to undertake forklift duties will be paid an allowance in accordance with Schedule A.
10.6.2 An employee who has a forklift licence and is required to undertake forklift duties for greater than two hours in any one day or shift will be paid an allowance per shift in accordance with Schedule A.
Forklift Allowance. In addition to any allowance paid under sub-clause 2.1 above, where a suitably qualified team member, who is located at an Offsite Reserve or Multi Offsite Reserve, is required to operate a forklift for a majority of a shift, the team member shall be paid for the entire shift an additional hourly forklift allowance rate to a maximum weekly rate in accordance with the following table. Forklift Allowance. If you are required to be licensed and to operate a Forklift, you will be paid a Forklift Allowance for each hour worked operating a Forklift. Permanent Employee’s who are engaged and licensed as Forklift drivers will be paid an amount equivalent to the calculated weekly Forklift allowance. Forklift Allowance. Employees who hold a valid and current forklift licence shall be entitled to a forklift allowance of $15 per week, subject to the following conditions:
Forklift Allowance. A Storeperson who holds a LF and/or LO license will be paid a Forklift allowance as set out in Schedule B for all rostered shifts when working on the LF and LO Machines. Forklift allowances are not payable whilst the Employee is on any form of leave. Multi-skilled Allowance A Storeperson who is trained and regularly works, at least weekly, at the direction of the employer, across the three of the functional areas of Picking, Receiving, Put-Away and Bulk Picking in the warehouse will be paid, on a weekly basis a Multi-skilled Allowance. Where an employee is paid the Forklift Allowance, then the Multi-skilled Allowance would not be applicable. Forklift allowances or Multi-Skilled allowance are not payable whilst the Employee is on any form of leave, but if employee is away for one day then Multi-Skilled allowance is still payable for that week.
