Continuation of Employment. Employees who qualify for Workers’ Compensation coverage shall be continued on the payroll and shall not have their employment terminated during the compensable period, except for just cause. Upon return to work following recovery, an employee who was on claim for less than twenty-nine (29) months shall continue in her former job; an employee who was on claim for more than twenty-nine (29) months shall return to an equivalent position, exercising her seniority rights if necessary, pursuant to Article 13 & Article 19.
