Common use of Continuation of Health Insurance Clause in Contracts

Continuation of Health Insurance. The Board shall maintain health care coverage at Board expense for the duration of the twelve (12) week family and medical leave period at the same level and under the same conditions that existed at the time of the commencement of this leave. Thereafter, with the approval of the insurance carrier, health care coverage may be continued at the expense of the staff member.
