Overloads, which are known prior to the start of the school year, will be posted for seven (7) days prior to the opening of school. 3. A teacher may request to be notified of overload vacancies occurring during the summer period. Notification will be made by first class mail. 4. Overloads, which are created after the beginning of the school year, shall be posted in all buildings for a minimum of three (3) work days. 5. Overload assignments, when awarded, shall not be considered to be continuing annual assignments. Each overload will be posted as a vacancy each year or semester; whichever is consistent with the posting.

The position will be awarded to the applicant with the highest seniority in the department where the overload exists who is certified and qualified, including “highly qualified,” for the overload assignment. For overloads created after the start of the school year, the reasonable availability of the applicant shall become an additional factor in awarding the overload. Overloads not filled from within the department shall be posted District-wide and awarded to the applicant with the highest seniority who is certified and qualified, including “highly qualified,” for the overload assignment. 6. Overload assignments, when awarded, shall not be considered to be continuing annual assignments. Each overload will be posted as a vacancy each year or semester; whichever is consistent with the posting.

  • Public Posting of Approved Users’ Research Use Statement The PI agrees that information about themselves and the approved research use will be posted publicly on the dbGaP website. The information includes the PI’s name and Requester, project name, Research Use Statement, and a Non-Technical Summary of the Research Use Statement. In addition, and if applicable, this information may include the Cloud Computing Use Statement and name of the CSP or PCS. Citations of publications resulting from the use of controlled-access datasets obtained through this DAR may also be posted on the dbGaP website.

  • Job Postings and Applications ‌ If a vacancy or a new job is created for which union personnel might reasonably be recruited, the following shall apply: (a) If the vacancy or new job has a duration of thirty (30) calendar days or more, the vacancy or new job including salary range, a summary of the job description, the required qualifications, the hours of work, including start and stop times and days off, the work area and the commencement date shall, before being filled, be posted for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days, in a manner which gives all employees access to such information, provided that no employees shall be entitled to relieve other regular employees under this clause on more than two (2) occasions in one calendar year unless the Employer and the Union otherwise agree in good faith. (b) Notwithstanding (a) above, if a temporary absence is one of less than ninety (90) calendar days, the work of the absent employee may be performed by employees working in float pool positions, where float pools exist. (c) Notwithstanding (a) above, if the vacancy is a temporary one of less than ninety (90) calendar days and the work is not being performed by a float employee, the position shall not be posted and instead shall be filled as follows: (i) where practicable by qualified regular employees who have indicated in writing their desire to work in such position consistent with the requirements of Article 14. Should a vacancy under this Article result in backfilling of more than one (1) vacancy (including the initial vacancy) the second (2nd) vacancy may be filled by an employee registered for casual work unless the Employer and the Union agree otherwise in good faith. If the application of this paragraph requires the Employer to pay overtime to the employee pursuant to Article 19, the proposed move shall not be made. An employee who accepts work under this provision is not eligible to work in another Article 16.01(c) assignment that conflicts with the accepted one. Probationary employees and employees undergoing a qualifying period shall not be considered for a 16.01(c) assignment in a different classification. (ii) by employees registered for casual work in accordance with the casual addendum. (iii) in cases of unanticipated or unplanned temporary absences, such temporary absence may first be filled under (c)(ii) for a period of up to seven (7) days. (d) A part-time employee who has accepted a casual assignment which conflicts with a temporary vacancy referred to in paragraph (c)(i) above shall be considered unavailable for such temporary vacancy. (e) Existing local agreements will be in force and effect (including termination clauses) unless changed by mutual agreement by the parties at the local level. (f) Where the local agreement covering access to work by part-time employees (former “15.01c”) does not contain a termination clause, the agreement may be terminated on giving of six (6) months’ notice by either party. (g) By mutual agreement, the parties may vary the job posting process set out in Article 16.01.

  • System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades Connecting Transmission Owner shall design, procure, construct, install, and own the System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades described in Appendix A hereto. The responsibility of the Developer for costs related to System Upgrade Facilities and System Deliverability Upgrades shall be determined in accordance with the provisions of Attachment S to the NYISO OATT.

  • Solicitations for Subcontracts, Including Procurement of Materials and Equipment In all solicitations either by competitive bidding or negotiation made by the Local Government for work to be performed under a subcontract, including procurement of materials or leases of equipment, each potential subcontractor or supplier will be notified by the Local Government of the Local Government’s obligations under this Agreement and the Acts and Regulations relative to Nondiscrimination on the grounds of race, color, or national origin.

  • Traffic Measurement and Billing over Interconnection Trunks 6.1 For billing purposes, each Party shall pass Calling Party Number (CPN) information on at least ninety-five percent (95%) of calls carried over the Interconnection Trunks. 6.1.1 As used in this Section 6, “Traffic Rate” means the applicable Reciprocal Compensation Traffic rate, Measured Internet Traffic rate, intrastate Switched Exchange Access Service rate, interstate Switched Exchange Access Service rate, or intrastate/interstate Tandem Transit Traffic rate, as provided in the Pricing Attachment, an applicable Tariff, or, for Measured Internet Traffic, the FCC Internet Order. 6.1.2 If the originating Party passes CPN on ninety-five percent (95%) or more of its calls, the receiving Party shall xxxx the originating Party the Traffic Rate applicable to each relevant minute of traffic for which CPN is passed. For any remaining (up to 5%) calls without CPN information, the receiving Party shall xxxx the originating Party for such traffic at the Traffic Rate applicable to each relevant minute of traffic, in direct proportion to the minutes of use of calls passed with CPN information. 6.1.3 If the originating Party passes CPN on less than ninety-five percent (95%) of its calls and the originating Party chooses to combine Reciprocal Compensation Traffic and Toll Traffic on the same trunk group, the receiving Party shall xxxx the higher of its interstate Switched Exchange Access Service rates or its intrastate Switched Exchange Access Services rates for all traffic that is passed without CPN, unless the Parties agree that other rates should apply to such traffic. 6.2 At such time as a receiving Party has the capability, on an automated basis, to use such CPN to classify traffic delivered over Interconnection Trunks by the other Party by Traffic Rate type (e.g., Reciprocal Compensation Traffic/Measured Internet Traffic, intrastate Switched Exchange Access Service, interstate Switched Exchange Access Service, or intrastate/interstate Tandem Transit Traffic), such receiving Party shall xxxx the originating Party the Traffic Rate applicable to each relevant minute of traffic for which CPN is passed. If the receiving Party lacks the capability, on an automated basis, to use CPN information on an automated basis to classify traffic delivered by the other Party by Traffic Rate type, the originating Party will supply Traffic Factor 1 and Traffic Factor

  • PUBLIC RECORDS COMPLIANCE (APPLICABLE FOR SERVICE CONTRACTS Orange County is a public agency subject to Chapter 119, Florida Statutes. The Contractor agrees to comply with Florida’s Public Records Law. Specifically, the Contractor shall: 1. Keep and maintain public records required by Orange County to perform the service. 2. Upon request from Orange County’s custodian of public records, provide Orange County with a copy of the requested records or allow the records to be inspected or copied within a reasonable time at a cost that does not exceed the cost provided in this chapter or as otherwise provided by law. 3. Ensure that public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from the public records disclosure requirements are not disclosed except as authorized by law for the duration of the contract term and following completion of the contract if the Contractor does not transfer the records to Orange County. 4. Upon completion of the contract, Contractor agrees to transfer at no cost to Orange County all public records in possession of the Contractor or keep and maintain public records required by Orange County to perform the service. If the Contractor transfers all public record to Orange County upon completion of the contract, the Contractor shall destroy any duplicate public records that are exempt or confidential and exempt from public records disclosure requirements. If the Contractor keeps and maintains public records upon completion of the contract, the Contractor shall meet all applicable requirements for retaining public records. All records stored electronically must be provided to Orange County, upon request from Orange County’s custodian of public records, in a format that is compatible with the information technology systems of Orange County. 5. A Contractor who fails to provide the public records to Orange County within a reasonable time may be subject to penalties under section 119.10, Florida Statutes. 6.   • Voice Information Service Traffic 5.1 For purposes of this Section 5, (a) Voice Information Service means a service that provides [i] recorded voice announcement information or [ii] a vocal discussion program open to the public, and (b) Voice Information Service Traffic means intraLATA switched voice traffic, delivered to a Voice Information Service. Voice Information Service Traffic does not include any form of Internet Traffic. Voice Information Service Traffic also does not include 555 traffic or similar traffic with AIN service interfaces, which traffic shall be subject to separate arrangements between the Parties. Voice Information Service Traffic is not subject to Reciprocal Compensation charges under Section 7 of the Interconnection Attachment. 5.2 If a ECI Customer is served by resold Verizon dial tone line Telecommunications Service or a Verizon Local Switching UNE, to the extent reasonably feasible, Verizon will route Voice Information Service Traffic originating from such Service or UNE to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network unless a feature blocking such Voice Information Service Traffic has been installed. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its Customer. 5.3 ECI shall have the option to route Voice Information Service Traffic that originates on its own network to the appropriate Voice Information Service connected to Verizon’s network. In the event ECI exercises such option, ECI will establish, at its own expense, a dedicated trunk group to the Verizon Voice Information Service serving switch. This trunk group will be utilized to allow ECI to route Voice Information Service Traffic originated on its network to Verizon. For such Voice Information Service Traffic, unless ECI has entered into a written agreement with Verizon under which ECI will collect from ECI’s Customer and remit to Verizon the Voice Information Service provider’s charges, ECI shall pay to Verizon without discount any Voice Information Service provider charges billed by Verizon to ECI. ECI shall pay Verizon such charges in full regardless of whether or not ECI collects such charges from its own Customer.
