Continuing Appointments. (a) A full-time faculty member shall not be converted involuntarily to part-time without mutual agreement among the member, the Union and the College. A full-time faculty member assigned to a continuing part-time contract will maintain accumulated seniority and shall continue to accrue seniority on a prorated basis.
