Continuing Contract Teachers. A teacher who has acquired continuing contract rights must not be placed on unrequested leave of absence (ULA) while Tier 1-licensed, Tier 2- licensed, or probationary teachers are retained in positions for which the teacher who has acquired continuing contract rights is licensed and qualified.
