Continuing Training. Provide, at the option of Franchisor, mandatory training program/meetings. Franchisee agrees to attend (or to cause its designated employees to attend) one mandatory training/program meeting per year, but failure to attend because of illness or other physical incapacity shall not be a default hereunder. All mandatory training/program meetings will be held at a location within the continental United States designated by Franchisor.
