Contract Documents (PS&E. The Consultant will prepare a complete package of bid-ready contract documents. The package will include: • Instructions to bidders • Bid documents • Contract language, including applicable federal provisions and prevailing wage rates • Utility and Railroad Work Agreements • Permits • Special notes • Specifications • Plans (Sealed by Engineer of Record) • A list of supplemental information available to bidders (i.e., subsurface exploration logs, record as-built plans, etc.) • Other pertinent information. The Consultant will submit the contract documents to the Sponsor for approval. This submission will include a PDF of all materials. Upon approval, the Sponsor will submit 3 copies of the contract bid documents to NYSDOT as described in the PLAFAP Manual.
