The City shall not be liable for payment of any additional costs, except as otherwise expressly set forth in this Agreement, unless the provisions of the City of Stamford Charter and/or Code of Ordinances are fully complied with. CONTRACT EXTRAS. Pursuant to Section 23-18.4C of the Code, it is specifically understood and agreed by the Consultant that all contract extras regarding this contract shall be governed by the City Charter and/or the Code. The City shall not be liable for payment of any additional costs unless the provisions of the City Charter and/or the Code are fully complied with.
CONTRACT EXTRAS. 25.1 The Client must be notified by the Contractor of any contract variations in advance, stating the effect thereof on the price and the planning. 25.2 Contract extras may only be carried out following a written Order from the Client. 25.3 Contract extras must be billed separately, subject to the provisions of Article 10 GTCP. 25.4 If the Contractor fails to comply with the above, the costs for the contract extras shall be payable by the Contractor.
CONTRACT EXTRAS. 15.1. The Customer may at any time request that the Supplier carry out work that is outside the scope of the Agreement (i.e. request 'contract extras'). The Supplier is however not obliged to comply with such requests. 15.2. In the event of contract extras, the Supplier will inform the Customer in advance of the (estimated) costs associated with this and will only carry out the contract extras following the Customer's approval. The above will however not apply in the case of contract extras that are required in connection with the Services already agreed. Such contract extras can be carried out on the basis of subsequent costing, without the Customer's permission being required. 15.3. When carrying out contract extras, the Supplier will always base itself on the agreed rates or, if none have been agreed, on the customary rates. The Supplier can demand that a supplementary agreement be entered into for the carrying out contract extras.
CONTRACT EXTRAS. (1) If XxxxxxXxxxxxxxxx asks the counterparty to deliver more than is specified in an agreement, this shall constitute contract extras. ThiemeMeulenhoff shall be entitled to make such a request at any time and the counterparty shall be obliged to comply with such a request, unless it is not possible for them to do so. (2) The remuneration for contract extras will be determined in the same manner as the remuneration with regard to the agreed deliveries. (3) The addition to an agreement of contract extras shall only come into effect in the manner in which an agreement comes into effect under these terms and conditions.
CONTRACT EXTRAS. Except as expressly stated in Seller's quotation, rates do not include any parts required to perform the service or any time outside the normal working hours which are outlined in Part "A" rates. If parts are ordered to perform the services or if work outside the normal routine working hours is required, such parts or work shall be charged to and paid by the Buyer in addition to the rates set forth herein.

  • Contract Task Order A- E shall be assigned work via a task order by COUNTY which shall subsequently be referred to as the “Contract Task Order” (hereinafter “CTO”). A CTO for each project shall be developed by A-E in conjunction with COUNTY Project Management staff. The County Project Manager shall manage all A-E’s work including monitoring the CTO work schedule, quality of deliverables, review of invoiced amounts, adherence to set budget, and internal review of submittal packages. A-E shall follow all requirements as outlined in the CTO; this general Scope of Work, the project specific Scope Statement, and the Architect-Engineer Guide (Rev July 2018). The CTO shall include a detailed Scope Statement, describing tasks to be performed with a specific list of deliverables for each task, schedule of work and cost to complete the work. The schedule of work shall allow enough time for meetings with County Management staff to review the work progress, provide technical and policy direction, resolve problems and ensure adherence to the work completion schedule. The CTO shall include a cover sheet provided by County Project Management staff with the appropriate signature blocks and contract information. Once both Parties agree, and all Parties have signed the CTO, County Management staff shall provide A-E with a Notice to Proceed (NTP) to begin work. A-E shall submit all plans, reports and other documents produced under the CTO to the assigned County Project Manager within the timeframe indicated in the CTO or as directed by County Project Management staff.

  • Contract Extension The City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally exercise an option to extend the Contract as described in the Contract Documents. In addition, the City may, in its sole discretion, unilaterally extend the Contract on a month-to-month basis following contract expiration if authorized under Charter section 99 and the Contract Documents. Contractor shall not increase its pricing in excess of the percentage increase described in the Contract.

  • Contract Work Contract work means capital project work within existing plant facilities, major maintenance and/or revamp work, plant modifications and/or shutdown work, minor maintenance and/or repair work, breakdown maintenance.
